Go to Settings → Your team and choose Invite someone.
Type Their email and choose what They are, then Send invitation. The emailed link works once and lasts two weeks.

Roles

Administrator: everything, including Settings, the plan and who’s on the team. Only an administrator can add another.
Colleague: in the Access column, Projects only (no proposals, invoices, payments, books or project costs), Basic (Projects and Sales) or Premium (adds Accounting). Projects only and Basic cost the same.
Accountant (your bookkeeper or CPA): Accounting only, and free, up to two per studio. Needs Accounting on your plan.
Contractor: their own page only, with the jobs you share. See Contractors.

Choosing which projects they see

A new project belongs to the person who made it and your administrators until it’s shared. To share several at once, use the ⋯ menu next to a colleague and choose Projects…: tick the projects they can see, and choose Can edit or View only for each. Changes save as you go. You can also pick projects in Invite someone, which suits a freelancer or a partner firm, and from Projects… on an invitation that hasn’t been accepted yet.

Joining by email address

Under Joining, you can let anyone with your studio’s email domain join without an invitation, and add new colleagues to every open project automatically. Each person who joins is a paid seat, so this is usually best left off.

An invitation can’t be resent. If it expired or went astray, choose Withdraw under Invitations outstanding and invite them again.
